Installing the Zendesk App

Installing the Zendesk PasteAway app can be done in the Zendesk marketplace.

In the Settings sidebar go to the apps Marketplace

Search for “PasteAway”

Click on the PasteAway icon

Press the “Install app” button

When viewing tickets the PasteAway Zendesk app should now be visible in the sidebar on the right side. If the apps sidebar is not visible press the ‘apps’ button. You may have to reload all the apps by pressing the ‘refresh’ icon.

You can now login using the account information that you used to sign up for PasteAway.
